Inexperienced managers. Cimetrix recently re-organized and promoted employees from within. Employees promoted to managment without experience in management.
The software seems stuck in a rut. The software should be branching into the new technologies so that Cimetrix can be the leader in their field. There was talk about developing into Cloud based and Mobile based technologies. No plan evolved for this.
