Quarterly lunches are the only positive thing I can think of.

Horrible place to work! Environment, management, managers treat you like crap, pay is terrible.

Pros

Most coworkers are great, benefits are decent but expensive.

Cons

No heat in the winter or air conditioning in the summer. Technical plans are poorly made and getting them fixed does not happen. Terrible work environment, they rush you but tell you quality matters. Management is a joke!

Bad management, planning and vision Micromanagement As a Salary exempt you have to work overtime with no benefits Be aware that end of the month is hell, because of the bad planning
