Great place to be a co-op!

Pros

CTS does a great job with giving their co-ops a variety of work to do so that they have as much experience as possible for their professional career. CTS gets business in multiple different industries and co-ops get knowledge in many different departments.

Cons

The only downside isn't really an affect of CTS, but more the industry. Thermal spray is very niche and not covered in a majority of classwork, so starting out in the industry is tough.

Poor communication between managers Passing of blame between departments - no accountability Drama and personal feelings are the basis of how upper management treats lower management and employees No reward for excellent/hard work Favoritism is rampant Employees not cared about by upper management Upper management only cares about his bottom line
