      Great company to work for, treats their employees very well!

      Pros

      I've been with Cinder Staffing for nearly 7 years with continuous employment and I am continually impressed by how well Cinder treats their employees. They offer a competitive salary, great benefits, have very professional and friendly management and are a socially conscious company that really tries to give back to the community. They have really earned my loyalty and I would highly recommend them.

      Cons

      None. Cinder is the cream of the crop as far as staffing companies are concerned.

      This company will never give a fair raise based on how much they bill client

      Pros

      HR benefits 401k benefits, Flexible spending account, health insurance, Christmas party, $5 starbucks card

      Cons

      Do not trust HR. Also do not think the company will gurantee contract. Improve your skills and leave the company unless they give you a good paycheck. Remember the company pays for your skills.
