      Pros

      Benefits package is hands down the best of any staffing service in my experience Very professional organization and it shows

      Cons

      Sometimes it feels like our group of managed services employees are more of an afterthought as many of the company communications are not something that we know anything about or are simply not applicable to us.

      Benefits are good - medical is covered and they have PTO and Holiday pay. The management genuinely cares about employee career development and is open to your feedback The company culture is very relaxed and casual, making work less stressful

      Best Staffing Firm experience I have Had (Test Technician)

      Pros

      They seem to genuinely want to cultivate lasting relationships with employees in spite of the temporary nature of positions people fill. They have employee events like picnics and Xmas party. My pay is fair considering my job title the regional averages. The do have a continuing education program and a paid bench for those who are between assignments.

      Cons

      The bureaucracy can be annoying. You have to juggle the chain of command for the company you are working at, mostly Intel, and the chain of command at Cinder.
