      -Flexible scheduling -Actually recognize and appreciate when you contribute ideas -Very responsive HR -Very people oriented, not just a number mentality. -Supportive environment for starting your career

      Not much growth available, Pay was not bad but would've been nice to see it grow after hard work.

      Pros

      Being a smaller company, they're more approachable. Not much they can do in the saturated tech staffing industry but they try their best. They pride themselves on being diversity focused.

      Cons

      The only thing that I can think of is that, despite being diversity focused, Juneteenth still isn't one of their paid holidays.

      Very enjoyable to work for. They are very helpful whenever questions or complaints arise. Good pay and benefits compared to close competitors.

      Cons

      Insurance choice was questionable, but I didn't run into any issues.
