      Pros

      Health insurance is offered to everybody, which is unheard of with staffing agencies. I respect that and it is really great insurance.

      Cons

      My experience with Cinder was not great. Not entirely their fault, but "they" have lied to me over and over. Cons include: No paid time off even if you are not hired on to the company and there are no plans to No raises No meetings with management and inability to access the other company managers Constantly given false hopes for a variety of perks

      Pros

      Everyone that works at Cinder is very friendly, from the recruiters to the managers to the HR folks. I really feel part of a team and I like the parties, lunches, and other activities they do. They have good benefits (including an annual bonus) and I've been able to change jobs without changing employers.

      Cons

      They are limited in the number of other positions they have available due to the nature of the business and your skill set
