      Pros

      Cinder is a great place to start and grow your career. I've been given many opportunities to try new things, wear different hats, and grow as an individual and as a professional. They really care about their people and try to do right!

      Cons

      There isn't a ton of room for growth, but you will find that at most smaller companies.

      Pros

      Cinder is a great place to get your foot in the door in the tech industry. The recruiters are excellent and can get a good idea of where your skills are needed. After you start work, Cinder is pretty hands-off, which is great when it comes to staffing agencies. I was able to move up pretty quickly from the validation side of things into the automation side which is what I wanted to do, and there's room to move into positions with the company that you work for.

      Cons

      Cinder itself isn't really interested in retaining employees, so the compensation + PTO is lower than the market rate, and raises are small at best. The work is great, but it's best to stay at Cinder for a couple of years at most and then jump to a better offer.
