Fun co-workers, terrible management

Pros

You'll meet some of your best friends there. Flexible hours. Entry level. Free movies every day. Half off of concession during your break.

Cons

At first this place looks really cool, but it all depends on management. I wish my management team would have gotten their act together but it is a mess. No job should make you lose sleep at night, but this place became a prison more than an actual work environment. The pay isn't enough when you have to deal with customers who have done some pretty awful things. It's good for a few months but after that it becomes a nightmare to work there. The managers have zero clue what they are doing and they do not care about the staff at all. The worst part is that you never feel like your job is safe.

Pros

This company has a lot of chances to get promoted if you are dedicated to your job. You are rewarded for your hard work.

Cons

working at the movie theatre means you are working with and around a lot of high school aged people. This means as a manager you have to watch your employees a little more closely to make sure that everything is getting done in a timely fashion.
