4 day work week! Off weekends! Commissions at my location are awesome so pay is great! Business is booming here so I have all the volume I can handle.

Cons

My location definitely has issues with departments working together. Production vs. Service. Ultimately it seems the GM does not want to hear what we need help with, just tells us how we need to do our jobs better. I think this causes most of the tension between SSRs and production because we don't feel like he cares, though we are "the face of the company"

Cons

cintas just announced that all SSR base salary will be adjusted down to $3ll a week . This is yet another change in our pay structure. I can't count the times our pay has been adjusted down. They have no loyalty to promises made yesterday. One cannot trust that what is expected today will be appreciated or valued tomorrow. The environment is totally disruptive and morale busting.
