Pros

pay ok ,benefits good ecept for retirement dollars

Cons

no respect for employees, , all about numbers ,totally unethical billing and customers are finally noticing with the economy stuggling dispite the company claims. this company is on a downward spiral and will continue to lose market share. ssrs need jobs too ,but need to shed their moral values if they want to continue working

Pros

I came to Cintas to get out of a toxic work environment.

Cons

Out of the proverbial frying pan, and into the fire. It went well at first, then the cracks started appearing. Turnover in SSR's averages just over 3 weeks. My location hasn't been "fully staffed" in over 2.5 years, (my tenure). The ideal SSR is a robot that sells, not a person. Taking personal time for illness or family issues makes you less of an employee in management's eyes. The phrase "do it for your family" is thrown around a LOT. However, if you want to actually spend time with, or do something for your family, *most* management looks down on you. If you can't eat, sleep, & breathe Cintas, then don't apply as an SSR.
