      Pros

      Great Benefits, decent pay depending on route, great training in areas that will help your resume ie; First Aid, CPR, Hazcom, etc...

      Cons

      Very demanding as far as goals; always pushing the bar higher and higher to a point where it seems greedy. Puts shareholders and profits above employees - read their mission statement. Not all routes are created equal and no pay raise unless you're hitting goals which are skewed for profits.

      NO Work-Life Balance

      Pros

      It is a full time job (ie, steady employment), and the health benefits (medical, dental, eye) are pretty good.

      Cons

      There is no consideration that you may have a life outside of Cintas. All managers and supervisors are expected to work 60+ hour weeks (including some weekends), and the lower level employees are constantly being called at home to change their schedules around. The pay is lower than average for similar jobs. Cintas is also a very beaurocratic company. Also, the drivers (SSRs) and plant employees are forced to dig through disgusting, week-old towels that contain rotten food, vomit, etc.
