Pros
There are several opportunities for advancement. In fact more opportunity than people to fill the roles. Managers at Cintas don't have a long life span. Either they are burned out, fired or promoted. Not many 10 year managers around. If you want to grow with a company, move to different locations, or even countries, you will have the opportunity to do so with Cintas. The people that work at Cintas are generally good people, especially the plant partners. You will have a lot of fun with the plant partners. The drivers are spoiled at times, but are very good at what the do. A lot of GMs are out of touch or just don't get how to be successful. Too many are promoted into that position before they are ready. the other ones have the people skills of a Doberman Pincher.
Cons
You won't have too much of a life initially. If you are being hired into a position, that probably means there is a serious need for your services. If there is a serious need for your services, don't expect to be able to come in and kick your feet up. You will get your hands dirty at every level beneath GM. It takes time to adjust to this coming out of school. Cintas does not have many extra bodies, so be prepared to jump in and do the work of a subordinate from time to time.
