Pros
A moajority of Cintas employees at the corp office have more than 10-15 years with the company. You don't often see a majority of employees with a ten-year that high. The corprate culture places family values higher than professional requirements. Cintas is also growing and approaching a new level of expansion into Europe and Asia. The company has the personal culture of a smaller company, but the size and benefits of a 4+ Billion dollar company.
Cons
There is normally a corporate policy on everything, including eating at your desk. Although this helps make the rules very clear, it is sometimes overkill.
