Pros

Pay and benefits. I do believe that these are the major reasons most people take a job. Cintas is a good company and it has alot of great things to offer

Cons

There ae not that many females in position of management. It is driven by a male dominated world. Most people are bitter about their pay.

Pros

Great Company, Great people and a positive atmosphere. Great culture. One of the best place I have every worked.Love the commit to family values and how we are encouraged to put our family s first. Theirs also a great deal of time an energy spent on growing the company. Which is excellent for the possibilities career advancement. We at Cintas are professional in ever thing we do and are never satisfied with mediocrity.

Cons

The only down side to Cintas is that being it is a team environment when other don't pull their weight it can affect everyone. Other than that it is a great place to work.

Pros

If you have a strong work ethic and interpersonal skills, you will excel. They expect you to work a full eight hour day, but many employees would get away with starting around 8am and completing their day by 3pm. You start between 40-50k for a potential 33-35 hour work week. If you are in the first aid and safety division, the company provides a gas card intended for the utility van that you are allowed to use for your field work and the commute to and from work. The company also provides $25 for your cell phone bill if you include your number on your business card.

Cons

Considering you are by yourself in a van/truck all day and doing the same physical task over and over again, the repetitiveness of the position can be more tiresome than other jobs. Depending on which branch you are employed at, management style strongly varies. I was fortunate enough not to be micro managed, but I hear branches throughout the company are notorious for it. Many of the clients will be very condescending and treat you as a "service monkey" with a stereotypical background similar to a janitor. This obstacle can be overcome with an abundance of patience, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
