Pros
Opportunity for growth, but only if you work hard and prove yourself. Cintas is a well-known company and has a great sales training program.
Cons
If you're a great employee, your manager may try to hold you back from advancing because they don't want to lose you as an employee. Cintas is very cheap (they call it "being spartan"). They need to learn you have to spend money to make money. Each location is different. Some locations have high employee morale and others, not so much. It all depends on the management.
