Company likes to brag about employee tenure but I’ve seen it be more detrimental than good. Tenured employees in management positions are extremely resistant to change. If you can succeed at manipulation and lying, then you can make it there. They tell you to be positive, yet they put multiple projects on you that they expect to be finished ASAP. You're yelled at if those projects are not finished because you get 20 other projects to do. They claim they distribute the work, but don't know how many steps the work takes.
