      Managers CARE about your success because it reflects their success.

      Cons

      When routes get too big, they cut the routes down to create a new route. This directly affects your pay because if your route is the one that is too big you lose more customers than other routes and sort of "start over" with a smaller territory, making less commission. You then start building it again over the years until they cut it down again. Cycle continues.

      Good salary, great Job stability, room to make mistakes, great insurance.

      Cons

      Company is handling the pandemic horribly- everyone still working full time in office when they could easily work from home given the resources to. Current policy is that if you get Covid you must stay home and quarantine for 14 days with no pay or use up all your pto. This has encouraged many people to end up coming into work even if they have symptoms and our office has had well over 15 cases now but nothing has changed. Total lack of direction from management towards trainees and spent several hours each day sitting around doing nothing during my first few months. Feels more like a terrible internship than management program. Company is extremely outdated both in culture and technology and doesn’t seem to have any competitive advantage other than their size. For how much they claim to be “family- oriented” they really don’t seem to care much about their employees.

      Pros

      Compensation and upward mobility are two components that make Cintas a great company to work for in this day and age.

      Cons

      Very long hiring process for sales roles that sometimes require extensive travel to meet with leadership. This can be daunting, but it's so worth it if you can actually get hired. Cintas sales reps earn very handsome wages.
