They are very political. They have favorites and use others as punching bags. They say they are all about listening to their employees and changing but will shoot down and ignore everything that you bring to their attention that needs to be fixed. Overall very toxic environment. Also, work-life balance is not a thing in this company. People work all hours. Also very common to work 12 hours plus days and all hours.

Wrost company to work for. They are kind and sweet as long as you're making them money. As soon as you get hurt on the job, you are no longer a asset to the company. You become a liability, you get the runaround about filing Workers Comp, of they let you file it ! You're told upfront it will probably be denied ! They expect employees to pay out of pocket for surgery, so they can keep good stats for no injuries and their Bonuses ! If this is the case, have a emergency program in place for these kind of incidents To keep your employees covered. This place doesn't care about their employees unless they're making them money. You're no longer able to do so, they toss you to the side like trash and treat you like it. They will have someone new working in your spot before you can sneeze ! A bunch of phoney, uncaring, money hungry people !!! If I could give it zero stars I would have !
