Not all of these are cons necessarily cons, however they could be depending on perspective. They expect alot. I frequently recieved emails and phone calls after hours and on weekends. This isn't a bad thing if you just silence your phone. Results are the bottom line, if its not for you, you will figure it out soon enough. Very rapid environment. Not as much structure as alot of companies their size. You need to be able to adapt without warning and run with it. In all honesty, the biggest con is that not everyone they hire embodies the pros. They do their best to weed out the nonsense, however it's a big company so it exists. That goes for any company of this size. Its a shame that some locations get less attention than others, however, I have confidence that will change with time. I would work for Cintas again without thinking twice.

Terminated due to Covid-19, yet they kept SSRs with less than 6 months experience. I was partner with several years experience and multiple achievers club/summit club, winner's circle- none of that mattered in the end though as they kept new SSRs with less than 6 months experience.
