      the view is nice.

      -Bitter employee's -Hyperfocused on Prosegur merger, & not "Cipher" which is where their actual employees work - 0 budget for employee success of any kind -No training ZIP ZILCH NADA -no culture- essentially no team. -They are strict, they do not like when employees eat lunch out of the office. - They are extremely cheap with sales tools. -No one to look to for guidance besides one man in ATL. -

      - Good environment with knowledgeable employees willing to train - Lots to do and learn if willing to put in the effort - Tend to promote from within when new positions are available - Exposure to new technology and trends

      Cons

      - Evolving processes puts stress on employees to adjust quickly - High expectation of employees to learn new technologies and provide input to improve - Day to day can be repetitive but challenging

      When I worked their supervisor was lenient, very laid back atmosphere

      Cons

      Upper Management had no clue how to keep up employee morale, only cared about results regardless of employee happiness or culture

      We appreciate your feedback. Even though we will bring this review to the leadership team for improvement, this is a hard case to address internally since we don’t have a “Business Analyst” position, nor a “supervisor” role and neither an office in “Miami Beach”.
