Pros
I have been working at CIPHER for the past 2 years and I am really shocked and saddened to read some negative reviews on this site that do not reflect my experience here and the overall culture of the company. I can't even imagine that a colleague of mine would write something like that, and I wonder if this person really exists.
CIPHER has a meritocracy culture and I have seen first hand how it develops and nurtures high performing employees. I have to disagree with these malicious reviews and I hope that more employees like myself come here to share their positive experiences at this company that is full of talented, driven people working together in a collaborative environment.
