Pros

There are no pro's in this company if you want to work in Miami.... The owners lied to everyone that came on board from the get go. It was so blatant that every employee they had either left or put themselves in a position where it was clear they needed to go. Their technical team has no work to do and is cut off from the world with no guidance. Their entire offering as a company is a combination of a smoke screen pretending to have a 24-7 security presence and misinformed or borderline plagiarism in their technical offerings to clients. The owners are some of the most calous and dishonest people to ever open up a shop. It's also clear that the two posts " 5 weeks " ago were written by their upper management to overshadow the negative review that they received. The verbage is so obvious as to who wrote it that it could be pulled out of emails. The only " Pro " about this company is that they are transparent in their business dealings and will not succeed in a US market so the chances of them affecting more potential future employees lives negatively by bringing them on board are minimal

Cons

This company is a dead end/black hole to anyone who has any aspirations for achievment and makes it vividly clear in their dealings with their people that their " team " comes dead last. This company's way of handling their affairs both client facing and with their employees is the gold standard of what not to do if you want to succeed and want your people to excel.

Dirty business!

Pros

As an MSSP and QSA company, it gives you the opportunity to learn a lot about Security, MSS and GRC. But it depends only on you because training is inexistent and you need to be well-organized to absorb this knowledge from the structure by yourself and your day to day tasks with some of your co-workers. Because not all of them are willing to help and avoid to do so afraid of being overwhelmed by bad company management.

Cons

The company is a mess, employees do not have a clue about their tasks and roles because management is not clear. Job descriptions are not obeyed and you are requested to be a handyman to cover the company's lack of organization. You can work in a GRC role and be put in a Security task, like a last minute customer meeting because the company does not hire and train properly employees for the services they want to sell to the market. I was reading the other company reviews and it is clear to me that they were forged because nobody in reasonable sanity would give five stars to this company. But if you are in a position that this is your only option, be prepared to accept an offer that you will really regret some time later. About the CEO, he wants the best professionals in the market but cannot maintain them with a structured compensation plan because he is more worried about his expensive lifestyle than creating a great environment to their employees to work.
