The UK CPG management is the worst management I've come across with no respect for employees at lower levels. This company charged it's clients extortionately high RPI rates for contract renewals and said it was to cover increasing employment costs....what a lie! The employees of Circana UK didn't even receive a 1% increase to help with rising costs. Instead we got referred back to our petty bonuses. Sneaky is a good way to describe this company but also; unstructured. There is a toxic work culture where managers have been able to get away with things others would not tolerate (workplace bullying, forcing people out of jobs, gaslighting). Avoid joining the UK CPG team at all costs. This is not a reflection on the rest of the Circana business, just UK CPG.

Leadership completely focused on exceeding targets that seem to keep moving and not enough on the day to day issues faced with clients. Old & heavy laptops. Not enough training/support.
