Great team, good leadership, people are always willing to help. Work/Life balance.

Cons

I don’t see many cons, I have a good team. Sometimes our systems can break and clients get mad but thats expected I guess. Overall I feel like Im learning a lot, and leadership seems to listen to and improve when any negative feedback is received.
