Pros

There are so many.. - Work/Life balance is in check. - Because of the balance, you feel like you're able to genuinely use your brain to its extent and come up with ideas. - The ideas you come up with are welcomed by management and any number of teams you can be a part of. - The people who work here are brilliant and are very happy to connect/assist/offer input to make you look good in front of clients or whomever. - Transparency and fortitude are at the forefront of the business. - Genuinely curious about the business, and therefore genuinely cares for the needs of the client and their employees.

Cons

I haven't been able to meet certain people I care about yet, because we live all over the world. It's such a pleasant problem, right?
