      Pros

      The fantastic team I work with. My teammates have been incredibly supportive and are always willing to lend a helping hand. They are not only great colleagues but also excellent mentors, always eager to teach and share their knowledge. The company is also committed to maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

      Cons

      The salary offered for my position is on the lower side compared to industry standards. Personal growth opportunities within the organization can be somewhat limited.

      What I enjoy most about what we do is the global and objective vision we gain of the industries we serve. We have the opportunity to be in contact with all the main Retail operators/Manufacturer clients in each industry, learn from the different Marketing, Purchasing, Market Insights, Operations, Finance departments and interact with people from different levels of the organization, from Analysts and Category Managers to C-suit and CEOs. Flexibility to work from home is a relevant quality of life advantage

      Cons

      Less resources in Europe compared to North America. We are still in the process of standardizing procedures across industries and countries.
