      Pros

      Circana was a great experience for me. My manager was fantastic, as was my team—truly one of the best I've ever worked with, always fostering a positive work environment. The company's commitment to flexible working made it an excellent place to work, and I was always supported by my colleagues and the larger organisation. Highly recommended!

      Pros

      Circana accepts you as you and lets you be yourself at the workplace. No-one is judged or frowned upon for who they are, no matter race, sexuality, gender identity, disability, etc. Very comfortable environment to thrive and express yourself.

      Cons

      I work with clients most of the time and that's not always easy, cause you want them to be happy. Sometimes it's hard to find this balance between what the client wants and the company needs. But that's true for any company.
