      Pros

      Circana accepts you as you and lets you be yourself at the workplace. No-one is judged or frowned upon for who they are, no matter race, sexuality, gender identity, disability, etc. Very comfortable environment to thrive and express yourself.

      Cons

      I work with clients most of the time and that's not always easy, cause you want them to be happy. Sometimes it's hard to find this balance between what the client wants and the company needs. But that's true for any company.

      Pros

      The NPD days were spectacular. Leadership communicated well and employees at all levels were listened to. The path to promotion was clear and we always knew the state of the company and details of executives’ plans.

      Cons

      Communication is a mess across the board. The CEO is a figure head with no idea what’s happening in the company. Executives force unrealistic goals and make us cut corners to meet them. There have been quarterly layoffs with no broad communication about them. Promotions and hiring are unheard of at this time with no backfill for eliminated positions. Career development has been of no importance to leaders as we scramble to meet these unrealistic expectations with little to no support.
