Pros

No pros to this place. They steal wages from staff to start

Cons

Basic wages - enough to pay your wages back to the company - Camera looking at you 24/7 that does not switch off stays on even when your van or car is off. Management have the luxury of cameras facing out which is totally contradictory to the whole “safety” of the camera recording you. No training. All staff are related to management and the CEO or interim CEO. Constantly changing work and how it should be done. This company think they are above the law and treat their staff like crap. Most managers are only there by proxy of being related to another manager or the “interim” CEO. No accountability for their own bad decisions, they blame it on the staff below them. Contracts are lost as the company has wasted money on themselves rather than the actual contracts. They monitor everything for the safety of the employees which is a lie as not all “employees” are monitored that is the ones related to their managers or the CEO. This company is awful and I’ve seen people on long term sick due to them and they don’t care. They cover themselves with their contracts and by getting staff to sign off on checks knowing they won’t read the small print. These lot break employment laws everyday and it’s hard to tell if they are ignorant or just don’t care. Not all staff and management are bad but most are bullies and try to intimidate to get their way. Big brother is always watching and monitoring your activities via camera and computer and they are just a group a related managers and directors lining their pockets at the expense of staff. They don’t care about their staff they only care about their budgets which goes to the top not to the staff on the ground

Company is going down

Pros

nothing good, managment should be fired and build up again

Cons

They hook you in with a seemingly good start, but don't be fooled. It's a classic bait-and-switch. Soon enough, the pressure mounts to an unbearable level, and whatever they're offering loses its appeal entirely. Sure, they might dangle more money in front of you with this so-called "wage salary," but it's just a gilded cage. Take my advice and steer clear – I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Pros

Easy to land a job if you have prior experience.

Cons

- Made to work every other Saturday - 48 hour work week on a £33,000 salary equates to just over minimum wage - Completely unorganised - Payroll/finance Deparment will frequently pay you incorrectly and then ignore any correspondence sent their way. This is the same for HR. - Health and Safety is not taken seriously - as long as “the job gets done” - Not flexible - you are given 25 days annual leave for the year but only 3 bank holidays off (Christmas day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day), so essentially only 20 days. I have them 1.5/2 months notice to book off Easter bank holidays. Their response was no. Overall very negative experience. The list of cons above is not exhaustive but should be enough to make you think twice about joining this company. I’m not sure how other parts of the business are run but if you’re looking for a role in Circet that is Telecoms based, my advice is to avoid if you can.
