Pros

The pay was but they have now introduced more ways of taking your bonus so not worth it any more

Cons

Stock : there is none. And you still get done for splicing. Constant issues. Fleet : have no idea what there doing. And rude. Try and get you to change tyres or do vehicle elec yourself even though you have road side assistance. You have to include directors or ppl very high up to get basic things done. Pay: if you work away they tell you, you will get x amount. Come back to find they are paying less then they stated. Changed the bonus so it's not worth the hassle to stay and take it anymore. Vehicles and equipment are battered. Morale: there is none. There is no trust if you do over time as they just don't pay it. So no one does over time anymore. You work every other Saturday. It's not Monday to Friday. A

Pros

This review is for CircetUSA - There are none for technician unless you like cheap hotels and road work that doesn't pay road work salaries.

Cons

This review is for CircetUSA - Upper management does not listen to the ones in the field. If you and all others, even ones that have been in this industry for 20+ years, have any ideas that make sense the company does not care. They only care about how much of a raise they can give themselves instead of investing in the ones that do the work that makes this company run. AT&T is also a part of the problem. Year after year they want the same work done at a cheaper rate. It is so bad at this point every job goes over on budget. AT&T gets what AT&T wants and Circet just bends the knee. If it makes sense you better stop what you're doing because in AT&Ts eyes it's wrong. It could be more efficient, cheaper and safer to do but you can't do it unless you want the job the "fail" an audit. If you're a person that likes doing things that makes sense avoid this company at all costs.

Pros

None whatsoever good enough to post here.

Cons

Expected to join meetings on your own time, outside of work hours without getting paid for it. No overtime pay, if you start a job at 4, quitting time is 5:30 but takes you until 7pm to finish the job, you don't get paid anything extra on your own time. Nepotism rules. Incompetent family members who wouldn't do a days work, even if they were plugged into the mains, are managing a decaying company. Management is just non existent and they treat their staff, grown men and women, like children. You would think you were in school some of the time they are so condescending. Communication is also non existent for a company that deals primarily in communications. Pay constantly being doctored in the background, codes going missing so you don't get paid for the work you have done. HR within the company is absent, appalling, they won't and don't deal with your issues. They also force you to take your own holidays. Stock collection is also a joke, you don't get the items you ordered to do your work and have to go begging other technicians or you're told to spend your own money and go to the hardware store. Pointless keeping the receipts, the company won't pay you back. Quality technicians are leaving on a daily basis and being replaced with people who wouldn't know how to hammer a nail. Overall, I would never recommend working for this company. The worst companies I have ever worked for in all my days.
