Pros
Legally obligated time off work. Trip to Dublin for a week for training.
Cons
Company thrives off of micro management and doesn’t trust their own employees. Routing is an absolute joke, putting you miles between each job but management think you can do the exact same amount of jobs. Management thrive off of bullying forcing engineers to do unsafe things just to “get it past the line”. Will pressure you into taking more jobs even though you’re already rammed full and then try to guilt trip you to take more. Extremely toxic environment and don’t pay what they owe, never seen a pay rise or bonus. Treat their staff horribly frankly and there’s little to no staff morale Work life balance is horrible and none existent most of the time
