      Pros

      Aoos and coaches are helpful and friendly Job is simple and trainings really good given tools and can take the van home HR are brilliant and will do their best to help

      Cons

      poor management from higher ups, 2 loads of redundancies in 2 years admin charges on top of parking fines charged for missing tools/stocks £1000 excess on the van Camera with tracker showing inside the cab and outside (monitors things like yawning)
