Pros

I was encouraged to know that I would be able to work anywhere in the US or other countries. I was given insurance with vision within a short amount of time. I just told my boss when I needed off. Great customers, they trust the management.

Cons

They need to give better training and really find out where and what you are not understanding. The computer training is done poorly. You just sit in back in an office by yourself watching these videos.

Cons

Do not work for this company. Big demands very little pay. The worst company I have ever worked with.

Pros

Base pay and bonuses for managers was above what other competitors offered. Hours required for manager in most part were great Monday - Friday.

Cons

Had to be available 24/7. If employees called out manager had to work. Upper management said they would assist with advancements but when an opportunity came available they failed to live up to their promises. I worked there for 3 years and applied for several Marketing Manager training positions and my ROD and marketing manager both said they would write letters of recommendations but I never received the letters. I never missed a day of work, worked 10 hours plus a day, trained and promoted several of my employees, and increased profits by 43%.
