Had to be available 24/7. If employees called out manager had to work. Upper management said they would assist with advancements but when an opportunity came available they failed to live up to their promises. I worked there for 3 years and applied for several Marketing Manager training positions and my ROD and marketing manager both said they would write letters of recommendations but I never received the letters. I never missed a day of work, worked 10 hours plus a day, trained and promoted several of my employees, and increased profits by 43%.

This company offers no benefits except one week paid vacation. This one week is actually only 32 hours. There is no sick time, personal time, or retirement plan for this position. You do all the work of the manager but at a fraction of the manager's pay. The structure and disciplinary policies of this company are lacking which allows employees to slack in work, attendance, and behavior. There are little or no repercussions for such behaviors which results in a few employees pulling the weight of many. I would not recommend this company for hard workers or those who prefer a well structured work environment.
