Pros

3rd shift is quiet. Somewhat of a good working environment. Paid weekly.

Cons

If I could give them no stars I would. 3rd shift UNDERPAID, OVERWORKED. Raises are pointless. $0.15 no more because the Regional MGR says nobody is perfect and deserves a $0.50 raise. RIDICULOUS POLICES Ex. You can’t be sick and call off,. Calling off requires YOU to call mulitple stores to find someone to cover you. If no one can cover you, you have to work or you are fired. You can call off only if you are in the hospital, personal injury, car accident or just die. If it is winter and the stores do get cold you can’t wear a jacket “store policy”. Requirement to say “take it easy” to every single customer on their way out is ridiculous and sounds unprofessional. They don’t care about their stores for repairs and maintenance. Our store had had innumerable problems including roof, cooler, fountain machines, coffee machines, gas pumps. We have had roof leaks since I have been here and they won’t replace it. They don’t give us an icee machine that we were supposed to have since Aug of 2017 and they keep putting it off. It is now Jan 2018. If you are promoted you hardly get a raise. I have been with the company 2 years and only make $8.73. I have gotten 3 raises and I don’t even make $9.00.

Pros

Cons far outweigh any Pros

Cons

Not customer focused, no clear strategy or tactics to drive sales and customer service. All about lowering costs and paying for the acquisitions. Don't value most employees from store associates all the way through mid-management. Antiquated systems and processes. Does not attract talent, high turnover. Clear and consistent communication is non-existent. CEO and board seem clueless to or refuse to address, issues with poor morale, high turnover, low wages and non-competitive benefits.

Pros

There's no Pros about working for this sorry company!

Cons

Was with this company for over 10 years and if you're smart dont waste your time with this company! Low pay and they promise you the world! Don't believe it 5 to 10 cent raise a year? Really?? Corporate comes in and walk around like their all that! Well sorry Boy's and Girl's you're not! So if you wanna work for a company that treats you horribly with low pay then this is the company for you then! If you're smart trust me you'll stay away!
