Cons

Manipulative management and this is good if all you care about is money for your future and working extremely hard for little reward.

* Amazing Work/Life Balance * VPs and Managers are invested in all of our careers and growth * No limits for career opportunity, Hard work pays off here. It's always recognized and rewarded * I love the ongoing/daily learning and training for all employees * Circle told me at the interview, all employees input matter, and they were 100% honest. I see things daily improving for the best.
