Pros

I have been full time with Circle for about 6 months now and I have really enjoyed my time here thus far! There is a lot of emphasis on professional growth here and from day one I have felt supported by my team. In just a few months, I have been able to expand my skill set tremendously. Employees are encouraged to take ownership of their projects, which not only boosts individual confidence but also adds immense value to the overall success of the team and the company as a whole. Overall, you can really see the embodiment of Circle Medical's core values in day-to-day operations. I'm proud to be part of the Circle Medical team and I'm excited about the bright future for both the company and its employees!

Cons

While the fast-paced and constantly evolving environment at Circle Medical may be a positive aspect for some, it may not be the ideal workplace for those who prefer a slow-paced, more predictable work environment.
