      Pros

      There are many advantages of being apart of a start up company. Not only are you constantly learning from new projects and experiences, but you are surrounded by coworkers who are dedicated and passionate about the work they do everyday. Management is extremely supportive when it comes to trying out new ideas. Our office is located near different restaurants and coffee shops which is an added benefit. Our open concept office space encourages our teams to work together to tackle projects quickly.

      Cons

      The work can be a lot sometimes with being a start up but that just makes the success a little bit sweeter. Currently there is no retirement saving plan.

      Pros

      Flat, positive, fun, flexible working environment. Positive, supportive management and coworkers. Ideas, innovation and creative problem solving are supported and expected. Located near good places to eat. Coffee is always hot.

      Cons

      Paid, limited parking lot/garage. Benefit package is basic -no retirement, no flex spending, no HSA contribution, PTO is chopped up into sick time, vacation time, floating holiday. Office space configuration is choppy and segregating.
