-Great employee benefits: they just refreshed the package and there are a lot of perks that are not available at other companies. The office also has a full gym and yoga once a week. Free lunch about once a month. -Culture of learning mindset: books, udemy courses, and certifications are covered by the company in most cases and learning new skills is highly encouraged, if not mandatory. -Flexible vacation and work hours: as long as work is delivered on time and communication is maintained, I have never had a problem. Room to grow (and fail): all employees are given real responsibilities with real business realities. There is plenty of opportunity to move up and scale with the company as it grows. Failure is completely fine as long as you learn from it. Multiple employees have been originally hired for one position and transitioned into other roles that they're more interested in or a better fit for.
