Employees are not treated equally across the organization nor are they held equally accountable for their work. Some people are permitted to work from home while others in the same role are not. If you say everyone who lives locally has to go into the office, then that should mean everyone. Messaging from leadership team is incredibly inconsistent. One week they say one thing and the next week they say the complete opposite. This creates a chaotic and inefficient work environment. Rapid decline in the culture as the company has grown. A lot of financial waste, which is especially concerning when we are receiving a message each week stating that we are not meeting our goals financially.

It’s not for everyone, especially if you aren’t serious. Don’t expect upward mobility (despite what is promised). It is out of its adolescent phase and growing rapidly, but individuals get pigeon holed (this is more out of necessity than anything personal). It can also be very mentally tolling from high pressure and a competitive undercurrent, especially if you aren’t one of the favorites. Over the years, the company has had a long list of abandoned projects and even with recent success, there’s inescapable uncertainty.
