      Pros

      Circuit places great emphasis on culture and always has. It's a great team to work and interact with. If the mission is meaningful to you, it makes for a great combination. They are invested in your development as a person and as a professional. The company is growing, and with that growth has come increased awareness of diversity and inclusion in both projects and personnel. It's an exciting time to work here. The company is also super understanding with personal circumstances, allowing for remote work in these unprecedented times.

      Cons

      Very fast-paced environment; while this will not be a con to some, you will have to be able to work fast and think on your feet.

      Pros

      - An incredible mission - it’s not every day you get to wake up and work on a mission that is trying to save lives. By accelerating the timeline of drug delivery, we are doing that - A great way to get a business education for those with non traditional backgrounds. The team is filled with diverse and talented people who are willing to share knowledge with anyone - culture matters. Values are lived, not just spoken and constantly evaluated to ensure they just don’t fall to the wayside - emphasis on continuous learning from an audible membership to guest speakers for networking and career development to educational support

      We move swiftly but it’s not always smooth! A startup can lead to shifting priorities and business needs. Not a bad thing but may be difficult for someone who prefers a slower and steady pace
