      Incredible Leadership and Strategy

      Pros

      Brilliant place to work if you want something fast paced and challenging. Engaged cross-functional teams and brilliant top down strategy from senior leaders. The lack of red tape means ideas can be tested fast and decisions made in a timely manner. Pay is highly competitive and the recently updated benefit package is very welcome.

      Cons

      Sometimes the meeting rooms run a tad bit warm.

      This is a good place to start your career Flexible working Generous annual leave days Teams formed by knowledgeable and skilled employees , some with lots of years in the industry - good place to learn

      Cons

      Difficult place for improvement and developing your career, one can feel stuck after a certain period Communication at any level feels extremely difficult. Any ideas or requests have to pass through way too many layers of management and it gets lost in the process Senior Leadership members change frequently hence why the communication with employees is difficult. Pay is below the market
