The business has been on a journey of transformation and our focus is to break down any silos internally and bring our teams together. We encourage all employees to outline career goals with their line managers and define development plans.       Downward trajectory

      Pros

      Smart, friendly coworkers, snacks, office culture.

      Cons

      Serious brain drain of top talent, uncompetitive salaries, benefits, and no bonuses to speak of. Benefits overall have deteriorated and gotten more expensive. Aviation is going to take years to recover fully, so I’d look into a different industry for a more stable environment.
