There is no future for you and your career. There is no well defined criteria that how they promote your level. You stuck at your level for infinite time till you leave. Salaries are not competitive. Other companies in Austin area pay more for the same job . Lots of stress and work. Job security is almost zero. Management is not professional and they lack the required technical skills.

This was a great company to work for several years ago. It's been going downhill pretty quickly though. We've changed almost all senior leadership, and most were a downgrade. The vision for the company is now unclear and we're entering what seems to be an extreme penny-pinching mode. So many key people that made this a great place to work have left under very questionable circumstances, the seem to have been forced out by new management. And the new culture has immediately gotten much worse. It's feeling like any other big, impersonal company now. I would not recommend starting here until some of these changes settle down and see if things get any better.
