Good for young people that like to be bribed with beer and food. Normally happens every Friday, sometimes even a band gets invited.

Cons

Management likes to blame others for any issues instead of trying to solve the problem. Company is quick to "layoff" employees at the slightest market downturn. It's a cut throat environment, not healthy.

Former CEO laid foundation for growth for a few years. After that??

Cons

Culture in decline. Elon Musk let go of people who ran Twitter into the ground. Cirrus seems hell bent to chase off people who made it worthwhile and meaningful. New management seems lost.
