      Pros

      There are Lots of Monetary rewards for performance. There are lots of good perks and good benefits as well. You get to do as much as you want to do.

      Cons

      Many mangers are very political. You have to be a strong personality to survive. No room for error or mistake, you will lose your job.

      Pros

      They provide competitive salary and benefits. provide learning on your own experience. if you like happy hour and downtown, they have it.

      Cons

      unprofessional with handling work situations. lack of transparency in leadership. lack of team spirit and each one is for his/her own when issues arise. All play the blame game, everyone want credit for work you've done and blame you for their shortcomings. dishonesty spreads and present cross the board within the company.

      Pros

      I liked the location. At first it seemed like they genuinely tried to make work fun by having fun company events, had cool giveaways, etc. Some of their products are cool

      Cons

      The management sucked and I'm not just talking about senior management. Lack of individual development and growth. They put all their effort in pleasing one customer and when the one customer didn't buy their product, the whole company suffered. Poor business decisions led to 5% layoffs this year. The rapid decline in fun and culture as a result of penny pinching. Lots of cis white men and not much diversity in race or gender. Some of my coworkers were straight up creepy.
