      Pros

      You seriously get to work on the coolest stuff out there. I’m talking brain implants, neurostimulators, heart pumps, brain to computer interface, etc. Big companies, small companies, startups, universities, you name it. I really don’t know where else an engineer could work that would provide this much experience and exposure to complex medical devices.

      Cons

      Fast paced. Like really really fast paced. Things are always moving and changing and you have to be ready to shift gears quickly. Pay and benefits are just ok.

      Pros

      Very skilled senior engineers drive innovative solutions to some of the most difficult ASIC problems in medical and commercial spaces. Very inclusive and nurturing environment for junior engineers to take on responsibilities and grow.

      Aggressive timelines, Multitasking expected on almost all areas of work

      We do have very skilled senior engineers who help mentor and grow our junior engineers! Sharing is caring. We care about our customers AND their customers. That is why we might have aggressive timelines...to meet our customers' needs.

      Pros

      Cirtec is experiencing rapid growth. With that comes change. Change is managed by building out a competent team. Cirtec has stepped up to the challenge and continues to impress. Never a dull moment. New challenges daily. Fast paced environment and new ideas are always welcomed.

      Cons

      I haven't experienced anything negative yet. Love my job and the people here are great. very welcoming environment.
