High stress, high turnover environment

Co-workers are mostly team players, intelligent, and hard workers. The devices Cirtec works on are cutting edge and the customers are from some of the top leading companies in the market.

Cons

The most talented and qualified employees keep leaving because management is chaotic. The smart ones who can leave do leave. No one is compensated for their time. Expected to work 50-70 hours EVERY week, not just when "the team needs it", yet paid 40 hr salary with no bonuses. Unrealistic deadlines with management who can't manage time or people.

Petty and inefficient bean counters Clueless, and completely disengaged More than one in senior management are borderline sociopaths Very financially unstable They promote horrible back-stabbing culture Complete lack of transparency Although a private company, it's ran by a completely indifferent board of directors (Thumbs down for CEO is not for Peter Howard, but Brian Highley)

Executive leadership could not care less. - CEO's stance on building a community is telling us we should go out and get drinks together. Ignores all other concerns. - Head of finance will fight you on a 10 cent raise. - Head of HR and General Manager are coasting to retirement. All results in no upward mobility and pathetic raises.
