Hand down the Worst company you could ever work for , I start working for this company july of 2019 worked my way up from tech 1 to QC then Team lead , this company will completely screw you over , low ball you with a raise after working your way up , even if you bust your tail day in an day out , to do everything they ask from you , no mater what you do there will be something that isn’t good enough for higher management an they will continue to ask and expect more from You then is actually possible . If a shift doesn’t have a supervisor all the responsibilities of a supervisor will be put onto team leaders and you will not get paid for doing a supervisors job , they will have you work off shift hours and not pay you for the hours your worked off shift . This company manipulates people & will tell you what hear to keep you quiet but when push comes to shove they dont keep there word , an will lie straight to your face an laugh about it behind your back , they pretend to care about there employees when in actuality they see everyone as replaceable . In the two years of working for this company I saw 100’s of people come an go because of how they treat you & pay you . I decided to leave this company may of 2021 out of the blue after two year of this company’s crap , if you are deciding to pursue a career or working for this company honestly think again it’s not worth it .
